Cals Avis - Residència Rocaprevera es valorada por ofrecer una buena atención a los mayores, actividades variadas y precios competitivos, con residentes que aprueban la calidad de la comida. Sin embargo, los visitantes señalan limitaciones importantes en la privacidad durante las visitas, con presencia constante de cuidadores y falta de espacios adecuados para conversaciones familiares, aspectos que la residencia debería mejorar.

The residence is very good, the grandparents seem to be well cared for and say that the food is good. But I have one complaint, it is very complicated to visit the grandparents now with Covid you have to call and find a free time and I don't think it's good that during the visits there is a caregiver listening to the whole conversation, apart from the other grandparent visited who shares the room and since they are a bit deaf you can't have a family chat in conditions.. I understand that you can't touch them, that we have a screen..etc..but there is little privacy. It would be good if they improved it.
