The negative reviews are completely conditioned by the last Patum of Corpus 2022, because the management of the residence did not allow concerts to be held until late at night right next to the venue. Concerts can be moved, grandparents cannot. It is totally unfair because these ratings have no relation to how grandparents are treated. My grandmother is a resident there, and we could not imagine a place where she would be treated with more decency, patience and affection. As a negative point, there is a lack of secluded spaces with a little privacy where contact with family members can be allowed.

The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. Also, on my first visit to a relative, an employee was rude to me; imagine what might happen to elderly people.

Berga residencial esta construida en una zona històricament vinculada a la Patum, els seus propietaris intenten modoficar un patrimoni de la humanitat amb fins economics. Si no els interesa el seu propi poble, imagineu els vostres pares.

bad place to take grandparents. lots of noise due to the bad location. the owner cares more about his own interests than those of the grandparents themselves.
