La Asociación Evangélica Betania destaca por su excelente atención personalizada, personal dedicado y amable, instalaciones bien equipadas con espacios accesibles, actividades variadas y una cocina de calidad que contribuyen a que los residentes se sientan como en casa. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante sobre la privacidad y confidencialidad de los pacientes, ya que se han revelado datos diagnósticos sensibles sin consentimiento, lo que representa un aspecto negativo a mejorar en la gestión administrativa de la residencia.

Excellent care for our residents. On-site kitchen, wonderful staff, many activities and birthday parties. Wheelchair accessible, hallways with handrails for people with reduced mobility. Spacious elevator. Lovely patio for activities in good weather.

I don't believe it was necessary to give names or display a patient's detailed diagnosis when I never did so myself. As you know, this is part of the patient's and family's privacy. I've spoken about my experience, and if you wish to offer explanations, it's not necessary to provide private information in a public place.

A welcoming residence where you can feel right at home. The right number of staff ensures everyone receives proper care. The staff are caring and grateful, and this is evident in the way they treat the residents, always going the extra mile. You have the assurance that they know each resident well, understanding who they are as individuals, without ever reducing them to a number or providing the impersonal treatment you might find in a larger facility. Person-centered care is evident in the approach taken with the elderly and the team's dedication to developing the best intervention or activity for each person. The entire residence is bathed in natural light throughout the day. The food is absolutely spectacular! There's nothing like relaxing and enjoying your final days in such an environment!
