Letter of thanks to the MG Seniors Allegra Residence To the management, technical team and all the workers of the MG Seniors Allegra Residence: I want to express my most sincere and profound gratitude for everything you have done, both for me and for my father, Josep Guiu, throughout the nine years he has been under your care. First of all, I want to highlight the humane treatment and support I have received in recent days, after his passing. In such difficult times, where words often fail, I have felt welcomed, understood and supported in a way that I will never forget. I have noticed in each of you a sincere empathy, a constant presence and a sensitivity that go far beyond your work. As if you had agreed, you have been coming back so as not to leave me alone, and this says a lot about the human quality that exists within these walls. I also want to acknowledge your extraordinary professional work during all these years with my father. He was not an easy person, and in recent years, with dementia, the challenge was even greater. Even so, you knew how to preserve his abilities as much as possible, respect his dignity and care for him with patience, tenderness and firmness. I know that it was not always easy, but your perseverance and vocation were evident in every small gesture: in the way you spoke to him, how you looked at him, how you respected him even in the most difficult moments. My father received not only care, but a quality of life that only a committed and vocational team can offer. Both the technicians —nursing, physiotherapy, social work, psychology— as well as the gerocultors and the cleaning, cooking and maintenance staff, you formed a human team that deserves to be publicly recognized. Each of you, each from your place, has contributed an essential piece to Josep's well-being and support. You have been much more than professionals; you have been a second family. And I, as a daughter, will always be grateful to you. This writing is intended as a small tribute to the great work you do day after day, often in silence, and which so often goes unnoticed. But anyone who has had a loved one in your hands knows that your work is much more than a job: it is a vocation of life, of service and of love for others. Thank you for having made the last part of my father's life a kinder, more dignified and more humane path. And thank you for having made me feel so accompanied in my pain. I must confess that I have never regretted having made the decision to take my mother, Rosa Corts, to the Allegra Residency. In fact, my in-laws were also there years ago, until they left us, and therefore, with the good experience we had, I already knew where to put her. My mother, from the beginning, adapted very well to this new environment where I always saw her calm and well attended to, very well cared for in all aspects. I only have words of gratitude for the entire team at the residence. At all times we have felt at home, in a pleasant, familiar and welcoming atmosphere. All the staff has always been very attentive, loving and professional. I want to make special mention of my mother's last days, because both the medical team, the nursing staff and the caregivers, gave me a lot of support in these painful moments, making it easy for me, without objections, to be able to accompany her until the last moment of her life. Despite the sadness of the moment, I will never forget the warmth and empathy I received from everyone. You are a great team of professionals. Thank you for everything!

Dear Allegra Senior Citizens' Home Team, I am writing to you with a deep sense of gratitude for the care and dedication you provided to my father, Ramón Pérez, during the last two years of his life. It was a delicate period for him and for our family, and knowing that he was in the hands of professionals like you gave us great peace of mind. From the first day he entered the home, you demonstrated exceptional care, not only in the medical and care aspects, but also in the human aspect. Your daily attention, patience, smiles and small deeds made his day to day more joyful and comfortable. Thanks to you, he was able to enjoy moments of happiness and company, and that means a lot to us. I would especially like to thank the entire team: nurses, assistants, doctors, cleaning and administrative staff, for your professionalism and empathy. You are silent heroes who make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. On behalf of myself and the entire family, I send you a big hug and best wishes. During these last years, the Allegra residence has been our mother's home and you have all been part of the family. From the first day you treated her with a lot of affection and respect, and you made it possible for us to enjoy her as much as possible. Living with Alzheimer's is difficult, but thanks to your professional support we have been able to share very rewarding moments with our mother. The treatment and attention have been excellent. The sensitivity of your team, especially in the last days of her life, shows that you are not only professionals, but people with a vocation. We are deeply grateful to you for everything. Both my son Jordi and I want to express our gratitude for the attention, for the time dedicated, for the delicacy, for the sweet and comforting words, for the respect, for the fact of listening, for the proximity ..., that the team of the ALLEGRA Residencia has had at all times with the care of our mother and grandmother Ma. Carme Acacio, for five years and seven months, until the last moment of her life.
