Adara - Residència per la 3ª edad recibe críticas devastadoras de la mayoría de usuarios, quienes denuncian higiene deficiente, falta de profesionalismo del personal, hacinamiento en espacios reducidos y gestión negligente orientada más al lucro que al bienestar de los residentes, aunque algunos empleados logran destacar por su dedicación en medio de estas carencias. Solo una reseña positiva destaca un buen servicio y precio, pero contrasta radicalmente con las experiencias reportadas de abandono, negligencia personal y falta de empatía que caracterizan esta residencia.

Well, after six months in that residence, I have to say I wouldn't go back, nor would I recommend anyone take anyone there. The staff was unprofessional, the hygiene was poor, and some of the "professionals" treated the residents with arrogance and were crammed together in very small spaces. And the worst part of all is the management of the center, who are supposed to be running and operating it. They are partly responsible for the problem. They lack the knowledge and professionalism to care for elderly people who just need to be listened to and shown affection. It's not easy for these elderly people to find themselves there after a lifetime of sacrifice, but of course, when the goal is to make money, people don't matter much. Many times when I left the residence and dropped my mother off, my heart sank, because I know that things are different when I was there than when the doors closed. That's why I repeat, if you have to take a family member there… Think about it beforehand. I want to say one more thing: like everywhere else, there were—and I mean there were—some girls who brought a ray of light to the residence in so much darkness, because when the people they hire see what's there, it's a constant coming and going of staff. The positive reviews are from people with a vested interest in the center. If anyone wants more information, just contact me.

This care home is extremely unprofessional, with few staff members, little empathy for the patients, and a complete lack of cleanliness. There's no entertainment for the residents, and the facilities are austere and leave much to be desired. The rooms are tiny because people are crammed together; there aren't even bedside tables, and the wardrobes are too small for personal belongings. The nursing assistants change very frequently. In short, if you care about your family member, there are more competent care homes. This one is not at all advisable—not the atmosphere, the food, the hygiene for the patients, and so on.

I have to say that the residence is terrible; the services are precarious, the hygiene is conspicuous by its absence. Unfortunately we had a relative for 6 months in this residence until we found another center with the quality and care that ALL our elderly deserve, where to start, the deplorable hygiene, countless times when we went to make visits, our relative with dirty nails, disheveled, with the same clothes on for several days and with stains, another day dressed in clothes from another inmate, absolute chaos and lack of control, total lack of empathy on the part of the management of the center with extensive experience in showing a totally made-up image and far from the reality that the inmates live, in front of the relatives they try to be nice but they forget that the relative we had trying in this residence is totally sane, which is why he transmitted to us his continuous discomfort apart from the image that he always presented disheveled and disheveled, a center in which they should invest much more in facilities and in care of the elderly admitted here, exorbitant prices for the care received and the existing facilities since it is palpable, I recommend not admitting a relative here to avoid living these situations that diminish The quality of the relationship between family members hospitalized for suffering this neglect is, in my opinion, inaudible.
