There are no words to describe the horrible experience from start to finish with the death of my relative due to the negligence and carelessness of this residence and its staff. The doctor is totally incompetent. In my case, the relative I had in the residence had to be admitted twice in a few months with pneumonia and sepsis in the blood (it doesn't come from one day to the next). The first report from the emergency doctor was both times of dehydration, so first of all hydration and then being able to medicate. She also allows herself the luxury of changing or cancelling medication prescribed by a neurologist because according to her criteria (family doctor) it should be that way. Anyway, let everyone draw their own conclusions.
