Very poor service, terrible service. Absolutely deplorable. I feel compelled to edit this review. First of all, I haven't disparaged you at any point; I've shared the real experience I had with a family member who unfortunately stayed at this nursing home; that's what reviews are for. The comment I left falls short of what I actually experienced. I hope no one or any family member has to go through what we went through again.
