Admitting a family member to a care home is a difficult and emotionally complex experience. Our first meeting with Claudia, always attentive and on top of everything, was crucial. She listened to our fears and concerns with complete empathy. Our mother has been in this care home for six months, and we can say that our goal—for her to feel comfortable and well cared for—is being met thanks to the warmth and care provided by the staff, who base their work on a personal, family-like approach. We, the families, are grateful for the excellent communication with the staff and the constant updates we receive. Our assessment is entirely positive.

This is our first experience here, and we're very grateful and happy with the entire staff, as they make our daily life easier. If I had to highlight anything, it would be the closeness and kindness with which they treat our seniors. They always have kind words and affectionate gestures for all of them. This residence is absolutely recommendable. It's the perfect size—not too big, not too small—to provide excellent service. I have nothing but praise for this residence. My mother-in-law stayed here, and the staff are incredibly kind and caring. The owner is lovely. The place is very peaceful and clean; I have absolutely no complaints. They were fantastic to us. I wish all residences were like this one. Thank you for your work.

Hello My experience at the Imperial Residence was the best. It's a small residence where they treat the residents like family—they're very pampered! Both the common areas and the bedrooms are always spotless, both in terms of cleanliness and order. In my case, my grandmother was there, and she was always clean, hydrated, and very, very well cared for. I can only say thank you for everything, and I hope you continue like this for many years to come.
