My grandfather entered this truly mafia-like nursing home five months ago. He was conscious, walking, and talking when he went in. A few months later (before he died), he stopped responding, wouldn't open his eyes, and they wouldn't do any physical therapy or re-movement exercises for him. I'm probably nobody, but you deserve the biggest lawsuit imaginable and to go to jail. You shameless people.

Personally, I think it's necessary to highlight the impeccable work done at this nursing home. My mother has been in this center for four years. They've always been extremely cautious and careful with her. To be honest, they provide her with the care and follow-up that would be impossible for me to provide at this stage of her life due to my work. I recommend this nursing home because they've truly made me feel at ease leaving my mother in their care for so long. They've always been kind and friendly with my mother, even cracking jokes, always with great affection. They make me feel much calmer because, considering all the stories in the news about nursing homes, having a relative in one instills a bit of a sense of awe. But thank God I found this nursing home, where they treat all the residents with such care, love, and respect. I feel at ease.

When you have to make the decision to admit a loved one to a nursing home, you go through various states of mind. Your main concern is that your family member is well-behaved and feels safe. It takes time to decide, and you wonder if you're making the right choice. But now, I can say I've done well. My mother is in a facility where they give her all the care she needs, treat her with affection, and even make her smile with their jokes and familiarity. It's not easy taking care of a person who often doesn't even remember who she is. Who sometimes doesn't control her own body and needs all kinds of care and hygiene. But I must say that I've never seen her sad, dirty, or lacking in any way. And I know, from my own experience, how difficult it is to care for these types of people. That's why I especially value the dedication of these professionals, who in my opinion deserve my utmost respect. If I had to choose again, without a doubt, this would be the facility. Many thanks to all the professionals for such dedication.

This is a 10-star residence. My experience has truly been fabulous. They provided me with every facility in the world to visit him, and at no point did I see anything but affection toward my grandfather from all the staff at the residence. My grandfather was always a complicated person, and with age, the situation didn't improve, but I have to admit that they always treated us both with great hospitality and truly as if they were part of my family too. My grandfather, due to life circumstances and his illness, has now left us, but I want everyone to know that this residence has truly been like a second home to him. The treatment was fabulous, and the care was provided with love, respect, and appreciation. Thank you so much to them and to any family looking for a residence. I recommend El Parador 100%.
