La Residencia El Canto destaca por su ambiente familiar, excelentes vistas y especialmente por su política de alimentación sin restricciones que permite a los residentes disfrutar de comida de calidad, aspectos muy valorados por las familias satisfechas. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones importantes sobre la calidad de la atención personalizada, la comunicación con familias en momentos críticos y el trato a residentes con deterioro cognitivo, indicando que la residencia necesita mejorar significativamente en estos aspectos fundamentales del cuidado.

We've had my grandmother stay there for just over a year now, and we're delighted. The staff is super friendly, like a small family. The place is very nice, with a large living room and large windows offering beautiful views. And the best of all is the food. In other nursing homes, it's common for seniors to have restrictions on what they eat. Here, they eat as they please, and delicious food. I don't know about you, but I'm happy that my grandmother can eat without restrictions for the rest of her life, and that she's cared for lovingly, and to top it all off, in a place with beautiful views. I couldn't ask for more. Every visit I make, every week, I thank God for the luck we've had in finding a place like this, since we didn't know about it when we went. A kiss to the manager, Charo, and thank you for everything. Some things are priceless, and this is one of them.

Joseeee don't scold Jaime so much for getting out of bed at night because if his head worked properly he wouldn't do it and he wouldn't be there but at home, someone who has an illness needs to be looked after not scolded. I would like to know how my father died and why I wasn't given any video calls so I could see him in the last days of his life even though you saw his deterioration day by day and what was going to happen soon since he neither spoke nor walked, at this time I don't know if he died in his sleep if something came over him or what happened, you have disappointed me

Although the situation has improved compared to a few months ago when the owner's son-in-law was there, I think they still have a lot of room for improvement. Even so, the views are excellent and the facilities, while not up to the standard the users deserve, are decent.
