La Residencia de 3ª edad Quinta Victoria presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas, con usuarios que la califican como excelente por su trato familiar y cuidadores de calidad, mientras que otros denuncian problemas graves como deficiencias higiénicas, falta de personal, malos tratos y que los intereses comerciales prevalecen sobre la calidad de cuidados. Las experiencias negativas sugieren que la calidad del servicio puede variar significativamente dependiendo de las necesidades del residente y del trato recibido.

I don't recommend it under any circumstances. The treatment by some of the caregivers and the owner, both of family members and residents (which I experienced firsthand), is quite unwelcome. Not to mention the cleanliness and odors in the rooms, which they're usually not allowed to enter. I'd better keep the rest of my opinion to myself. Before taking a loved one to a nursing home, it's best to do your research and see many homes before deciding on one, especially when the person isn't as independent and it involves more work and care.

In many nursing homes, business interests take precedence over the care of the elderly. Very little staff leads to deficient services. Everyone speaks of the place based on their own experience. Even within the same nursing home, the opinions of an elderly person who is independent and their family will differ greatly from those of someone who is dependent. Based on my rather negative experience, I do not recommend this facility.
