Without a doubt, this is the best home my grandmother could have had. The green spaces are beautiful, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and everything is decorated like a lovely home. The staff are wonderful people who put their heart and soul into their work. I am incredibly grateful to Margarita, Cristian, and the entire team for the wonderful work they have done at this residence. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my grandmother and for making her feel so at home.

My mother has been here for a month. The family is very happy with the choice, with the care she receives, the kindness of the staff, the affection they show to a 100-year-old woman. Most importantly, how happy she is and what she tells us about her stay at the nursing home. She has perfect mental faculties and knows how to discern between good and bad. Thank you for everything.

Disgusting food. I'd like to see the owners try eating that, hospital catering. Imagine eating it for the rest of their days in the hospital, and in meager portions at that. They treat the residents like dirt, as if they weren't people. These people only care about one thing: MONEY. They don't care about anything else, and they don't care about the staff either. That's why they spend all day looking for people, because no one stops them due to their despotic, unpleasant, demanding, intolerant, and unempathetic nature. Think twice before putting your parents in that residence. They'll put on a friendly face and say nice things, but then they'll park them all day in wheelchairs, crammed together like they're in storage...

I'm fed up with calling this place, because my mother lives there. And it doesn't even answer calls. I'm getting really annoyed.
