On Saturday, June 28th, I went to visit a relative and ended up with a flat tire because of the driveway support. I was told this has happened before. I hope they fix it.

I have no words to describe the wonderful treatment the center's staff give my mother. The care and affection shown by the center's director. The cleanliness of her rooms and how tidy all our loved ones are. There are no words for such excellent work, and with my mother, it's a 10. Thank you all.

The staff are rude and grumpy, the food isn't great for what they pay—fried food and soup. They can leave an elderly person lying in the garden for ages and won't go after them until they feel like it. The facilities are outdated and lack any quality; the elevators are unreliable (older than the person who made them), and they have to carry your grandmother down a narrow staircase in a wheelchair with several people, risking her falling, of course, but since she's your grandmother and not theirs, it doesn't matter. I absolutely do not recommend this place. There are nursing homes for the same price or better with superior facilities and human warmth.
