I have my aunt at the nursing home and I'm delighted. The service is friendly and welcoming, always attentive to the needs of the guests. I looked at many nursing homes, and I loved this one; it's the best. Compared to the others, it's nothing like it. It's clear they have a significant investment and care about taking good care of the guests. The staff is pleasant and charming, treating my aunt like family. I recommend it 100%.

I witnessed supervisor Monica speaking rudely to an elderly man with dementia, shaking and pushing him roughly because he refused to sit in the lounge. They don't follow the medication schedule correctly. The dining areas are filthy, and sometimes food falls on the floor and is put back on the elderly residents' plates.
