La Fundación Residencia Canuto Hevia recibe en general valoraciones muy positivas de sus usuarios, destacando especialmente la calidad humana y profesionalidad del personal, los espacios bien cuidados con jardines atractivos y una atmósfera acogedora, así como la variedad de servicios y terapias disponibles. Aunque la mayoría de las opiniones son entusiastas, existe una reseña neutra que sugiere cierta heterogeneidad en las experiencias, aunque los aspectos negativos mencionados parecen estar más relacionados con rumores externos que con deficiencias reales de la residencia.

A nursing home with the most humane treatment you can find. It's truly a pleasure to see how all the staff members strive to do their best for their residents. There's an incredibly friendly atmosphere.

I think it's one of the most complete in Asturias. It has very inviting gardens for strolling with tables and chairs and a bar service, a beautiful hall for any event, all kinds of therapy, and the staff are very friendly and responsible. Very good.

A family-run care home. Excellent staff (despite the attempts of former employees to tarnish its reputation). From management to nursing assistants, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and administrative personnel, everyone is a good professional and a good person. They gave their all during this pandemic and continue to do so. And to those malicious tongues who, because they no longer work there, try to denigrate the work and good name of this care home, "they bark, then we ride."
