Opiniones

I'm giving it one because I can't give it any stars because it's a disaster. The way they treat the residents leaves a lot to be desired. They've already gotten a little fed up with me. I think I've always used good manners when interacting with all their staff because it's a pretty admirable job. I usually go on weekends to take my grandmother out. I never go into the nursing home because I prefer to take her out when she's fresh air. So they're always given advance notice so they can have it ready, which I don't understand since it should always be fine, but oh well, they're given advance notice. But hey, there always has to be some news, which is why I'm tired of writing this mention so it has to reach everyone. It turns out that a few weeks ago they gave them an award, which they did bother to send via WhatsApp to the family so we could find out about, but then again, their work isn't that great... I've been having to put his teeth back in for months. According to them, he doesn't open his mouth... it's stiff... Each one has its own version. But, hey, it just so happens that they always bring them to me, so I arrive, and I tell him to open his mouth, and right away, the teeth are back in place. Today was the final straw, aside from having the same surgery as always, they tell me I have to go get them from the room and that when I come back, I have to remove them. I think it's a SHAME.

I don't give it more stars because there is no option. My 100-year-old grandmother was there for 3 months, until she died. I have no words of gratitude to the staff who work there for how they took care of her and how they treated the family when she was already very sick. I have absolutely nothing bad to say, quite the opposite.

A nursing home in the heart of the city, with little space for the elderly to rest, much less with annoying neighbors who consume drugs and alcohol in the porches.

    I totally advise against it.
