We took my mother there in November based on excellent recommendations from a friend whose mother is a resident there, and we are truly delighted. The care is outstanding; the nurse is attentive and on top of everything, the director is always there checking on things, and of course, all the staff are attentive and caring. At the entrance, the two caretakers always have a smile and are attentive to everything. Everything is clean and smells wonderful. My mother's food has improved significantly, so it's clear she enjoys it. They have a fantastic physiotherapy team that greatly helps in her recovery. The staff is incredibly supportive and like a family. I would recommend it to everyone.

My mother's stay at the residence, although not very long, was very satisfactory. The staff were always attentive, kind, and caring, ensuring she felt comfortable and well looked after at all times. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The food was varied and tailored to her needs, and the attention to detail was evident. Overall, we were very happy with the care and treatment she received, and I recommend the residence for its professionalism and compassion.

Our experience at the Aprende a Vivir Balbona Residence has been very positive. My mother-in-law stayed there temporarily and, thanks to the care she received, she was able to recover and return home. From the very first moment, we noticed excellent organization and a high level of cleanliness throughout the facilities. This gave us great peace of mind when we were considering different residences. As the days went by, we also experienced the warm, professional, and compassionate treatment from the entire team. We especially want to express our gratitude for the warm welcome, the follow-up during her stay, and the support until her discharge. We felt heard and well-informed at all times.
