El Centro Gerontológico Joca recibe en general opiniones muy positivas, destacándose el trato profesional y afectuoso del personal, la calidad de la comida preparada in situ, las instalaciones agradables con jardín y espacios para socializar, así como la gestión durante la pandemia. Sin embargo, existe al menos una reseña extremadamente negativa que cuestiona la disponibilidad del personal y la profesionalidad de la dirección, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en la experiencia de los usuarios o posibles problemas de gestión en situaciones específicas.

The staff are professional and lovely, the food is prepared on-site, delicious, and offers a wide variety of dishes, and there's a large, sunny garden. The residents receive very personal and friendly care; they treat them with great affection. I spend a lot of time there and can attest to that. Thank you all!

Excellent treatment of residents and staff. A unique setting with a fenced garden perfect for enjoying the good weather. The rooftop café is also a great place to socialize with the residents. I was also impressed by the center's activities. A great find.

Excellent center. The staff's treatment of the residents is exquisite and very caring, the food is very good, and the staff's treatment of family members is impeccable. During the pandemic, their management has been flawless, and they have ensured that both residents and their families have been able to cope with it calmly and safely. I congratulate all the staff who work at this center for their professionalism and dedication. My mother and I (a resident of the center) will be eternally grateful to them for their great work. For us, finding this center has been incredibly fortunate, as my mother has spent her last years very well cared for, very loved, and very looked after. If it hadn't been for the entire Joca team, we wouldn't have been able to find her. The entire team at the center is now part of our family, and we can only say to them: THANK YOU

My father stayed for a year and I'm delighted with the care he received. From the moment you walk in through reception, you're greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind and caring towards the elderly residents. For me, it's a ten out of ten.

Zero stars If you want to take your elderly relatives to a place where there's absolutely no staff to attend to anything, starting with management, and with a complete lack of professionalism: THIS IS THE PLACE TO CHOOSE. When we said goodbye to the company, there wasn't a single person in charge to face us. A wonderful experience worthy of being reported on the news.
