I want to thank this care home and all its staff for the wonderful care my aunt Juana received during the months she lived there. A home for our elderly where each person is valued as an individual, not just a number. The staff is completely dedicated to the residents, as they have demonstrated during this global health crisis. From afar, I feel at ease knowing my father is in very good hands. Thank you!

The management is opaque in every sense of the word, and this position also includes the doctor at the residence. The social worker is unempathetic, fake, and unfriendly. The physiotherapist is useless; the lack of exercise is leaving the elderly residents without muscle mass and weakened. The staff are the only ones (with a few exceptions) who do their jobs properly, when management and the social worker allow them to. If my father had waited any longer to leave there, he would have left in a pine box. So, to you who are reading my comment and my experience, think twice before you want your loved one to go there.
