La Residencia Nuestra Señora del Río destaca por sus excelentes instalaciones, limpieza, cuidados médicos y actividades recreativas, con un personal dedicado y afectuoso que atiende a los residentes 24 horas al día. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones sobre la inconsistencia en el trato, incluyendo quejas sobre el comportamiento inadecuado hacia algunos trabajadores y la falta de atención a familias en ciertos casos.

The residence is fine, but the treatment of the workers leaves much to be desired. When they get carried away, they speak badly and insult the workers and often even seem like slaves.

Very clean, the nuns and the Mother Superior are lovely, the courtyards are beautiful, and the Masses are wonderful because of the nuns' singing accompanied by the organ music they play themselves, and because of the welcoming atmosphere of the church. The elderly residents are very well cared for, clean, and fed, and receive a great deal of affection from both the staff and the nuns. They have daily physiotherapy sessions and various recreational activities such as bowling and bingo. They also make crafts, which are then used to decorate the courtyards for special occasions. There is night staff on duty to ensure they are well cared for 24 hours a day.

Fantastic service. Gym, hair salon, chapel, and two large interior courtyards with traditional plants. Very clean and well-maintained. Safe. Excellent.

Spectacular nursing home located in Huercal-Overa, where the sisters and the staff of the complex provide humane treatment to their residents, in top-notch facilities.

We were extremely disappointed when we were summoned for a family member's evaluation by the Mother Superior, and she didn't even deign to receive us after our long journey from Madrid. I wouldn't recommend her for genuine needs like ours.
