I called several times to request information about admitting an elderly person to this residence. First, I was told the social worker was having breakfast and to call back later. Then, when I called again, I was told the social worker wasn't in because she was on sick leave, and that I should speak to the Mother Superior, who was unavailable. After several more attempts, I finally managed to reach the Mother Superior, and I was shocked by her behavior. She was curt and very rude; she didn't let me speak, explain my situation, or ask for the information I needed. She simply told me no. I understand they might not be available, but I don't agree with the way I was treated on the phone.

I was truly shocked when I called to inquire about bringing a family member. The Mother Superior was rude and quite ungrateful; she wouldn't even let me explain or ask if there was a waiting list. She was abrupt in her response. If she speaks to the elderly like that, just as she speaks to people who call for information, I doubt it's a good place. God wouldn't be pleased to see how she treats people.

Despite my initial reservations about any senior living facility, which seemed cold and unfair to me, I must say that after seeing and visiting it, the facilities, the care, the atmosphere, the indoor and outdoor spaces, and the positive energy are exceptional. I'm happy to know that my family is being cared for by people with such beautiful souls.
