November 25, 2016 My father entered this care home in good health, but within a few months he became bedridden and in diapers. Despite our repeated complaints, no measures were taken to improve his situation. The room where he was placed because he needed to be isolated was uninhabitable, with an old, hard, crank-operated bed, no heating, and windows that didn't insulate against the cold. Everything was broken; there wasn't even an emergency button. We found him freezing cold on numerous occasions, uncovered, with wet clothes and a dirty mouth. The final straw was when they found him one morning with hypothermia and took him to the emergency room. How many hours had passed since they last checked on him for him to become so frozen? It is unacceptable that an institution supposedly caring for the elderly allows situations like this to occur. The care home should be investigated, and measures should be taken to improve the living conditions of the residents. It's a disgrace that the elderly are treated like objects and not like people who deserve respect and care. But after the owner told me that he had the minimum staff required by law and that if we weren't happy and were going to be complaining all the time... implying that we should take our father and leave. I don't recommend this residence to anyone. It's an institution that doesn't care about the well-being of its residents and should be shut down.

My mother has been here for five years, and I couldn't have chosen a better residence. She's had an exceptional quality of life during these years. And what can I say about the staff? I feel like one of them. Unfortunately, my mother has Alzheimer's and is in her final stages, so I'll miss visiting her every day and the warm, family-like treatment I receive. I am so incredibly grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a home for a loved one who needs 24-hour care.

My father was there while the Andalusian Regional Government assigned him a permanent residence. The following month, after receiving his monthly allowance, a few days later he received a place through the administration. What a surprise when they told us they couldn't return the month's money despite having used 10 days. I don't think it's the right way to act, treating our elders in a commercial manner. Furthermore, they pointed out the smell of urine on the floors of the bedrooms and a clear lack of staff. Even the person in charge of the administration (of course, I will remain anonymous) told me shortly afterward that we had chosen the worst residence in the area. Please seek truthful information before placing your elders in this residence. They deserve good care and that no one should take advantage of their circumstances.

I'm very happy with my family member's transition, adaptation, and state of health to this residence. Naturally, I'm monitoring her progress and improvement in areas such as social relationships, as she was very lonely, and adequate hygiene and nutrition. I have high hopes, within reason, of seeing small improvements in her quality of life. I wish the entire excellent team much success.
