La Residencia Mar Bella recibe críticas muy negativas de los usuarios, quienes reportan deficiencias graves en la atención médica, falta de personal, restricciones excesivas en las visitas y un trato inadecuado por parte de la dirección. Aunque algunos miembros del personal son elogiados por su dedicación, las condiciones generales de las instalaciones, la calidad de los cuidados y la gestión de la residencia generan profunda insatisfacción y preocupación entre las familias de los residentes.

My husband was a patient there, he was never given any physio after 3 strokes. Was left in a room on his own,we were never allowed to stay long after 30 minutes told visiting time over. He died there after 2 months, they wouldn't let us stay and be with him while he was dying he was restrained I ask for it to be removed but they wouldn't remove it. Please don't put your loved ones 💔 here I regret my husband going there

Originally my husband was very happy there but after a few short weeks became very dissatisfied as there seemed to be a shortage of staff and a lack of attention. Once you are away from the reception and the main sitting and dining areas the place needs a serious update. Despite the efforts of the staff the atmosphere appears to be sombre but as visiting is restricted it is difficult to judge if this is a permanent feature.. When my husband felt unwell it took three weeks to get a blood test and into hospital despite him continually complaining of feeling ill. Very disappointed in the overall care and treatment, it appears all they are interested in is getting paid.

Shocking! being renovated around the patients. Owner is not a caring person in any way. Mayte is excellent staff are nice. No running water in the bathroom we had to move our father because visitors were restricted even though he lives in Spain on his own. Really stressful
