La residencia "Vivienda comunitaria El Manantial" presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas: mientras algunos familiares elogian la excelente atmósfera, organización y trato del personal, otros reportan graves deficiencias como falta de privacidad, baños compartidos, espacios reducidos, restricciones de movimiento y personal poco cualificado, particularmente en el trato de Alzheimer. Las experiencias varían significativamente según el perfil del residente, aunque las críticas más severas señalan problemas estructurales en la calidad del servicio respecto al precio cobrado.

As a family member of a resident we're moving to a different care home for several reasons—including not being allowed in their room whenever they want, the lack of a private bathroom (which is shared by all residents), the unprofessionalism of the staff, the cramped space with a terrible chair, and so on—visits take place in the living room in front of the staff. There's no privacy, and it's very expensive for very little service. Residents aren't allowed to move around freely, and while they claim to be specialists in Alzheimer's, some of them don't even seem to have the necessary qualifications. There's a woman named Esti who seems to own the place; she's arrogant and rude. I absolutely do not recommend this care home, as we've seen much better options for just a little more.

It is a perfect residence for my husband's profile, it is a great family, the atmosphere is very good and the organization and staff are excellent.
