Not at all recommended. At first, everything was rushed to get you to pay and get all the paperwork done, but once you're in, there's no communication with the family and terrible treatment. If there were any hospital admissions, not a single sad call or a "how are you?" When he died, we didn't even receive a sad "I'm sorry," and when we went to collect our things, they just threw everything out the window. It took months of constant reclaiming and getting our money back.

They don't do what they tell you when you sign the contract. The psychologist was there, but for the team, and the physiotherapist was almost useless. The reception was good, but we had to ask a thousand times to return the deposit and the monthly balance. The reason for the sick leave was death; we received no calls or support. The clothing collection was very rude.

I have no experience with the residence itself, but I've lived in the buildings that make up the complex, and from day one they removed the handles from the patio door to prevent the residents from escaping. If you leave without your keys (unlikely), you can't take your bike out. It's a rather strange review, but it's upsetting that they had to intervene like that. It indicates they aren't keeping a close eye on them.

I haven't had a good experience at this residence; the management is inadequate. The care for the elderly is basic; they spend all day watching TV in the multipurpose room, with no access to the street and no activities to motivate them. Visitors are received in the hallway, contracts are signed on the building's staircase, and belongings are handed over outside. There's a constant turnover of staff. The social worker has an inappropriate attitude towards family members.

It's a terrible nursing home. I took my mother out 10 days after she was admitted. The home is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with poor lighting and barely any ventilation. They keep the elderly most of the time in a room that's also a hall, dining room, and TV room... in front of the TV and completely unmotivated. As for the staff, they lack professionalism. I don't recommend it at all.
