While my relative was independent, everything was fine. At the center, they gave him coloring activities, let him watch TV, and he ate on his own. But as his condition worsened and he became more dependent, the center began to turn its back on us, unilaterally reducing our contract to half-days. Then one day, he returned from the center in a wheelchair, and that same night, he fell while going to the bathroom. The diagnosis was a hip fracture, without determining whether it was a consequence of the fall at home or occurred earlier, during his stay. For this reason, I'm giving it my worst rating, only one star, and I advise against taking elderly relatives to this center.
