I had to discuss certain issues with the management of the Lorena center, and that's when I understood the root of the problem. It's impossible for the staff to fulfill their duties with empathy and kindness toward our elderly residents when they are managed with tyranny and contempt. The mismanagement by the center's leadership is reflected in the staff's demeanor, and ultimately, it's our loved ones who receive degrading treatment. I took my grandfather out of this place and brought him to a center where he truly receives what he deserves: love, peace, and affection.
