La Residencia San José destaca por su excelente atención al personal residente, con instalaciones muy limpias, comida de calidad y un equipo amable y profesional que proporciona un trato maravilloso. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación significativa respecto a la gestión administrativa, particularmente en la comunicación y disponibilidad de la dirección para atender consultas y procesos de selección de personal.

The sisters manage it very well. Very clean. Good food. The staff are very friendly.

The director must be very busy because we've been waiting 12 days for her to call us to give us information about a position. Even after going there to remind her, she hasn't bothered to call. The first day she said she wasn't there, the second day when we went she said she was busy and would call us herself, and nothing at all.
