My mother was admitted on December 29th, and so far we are very grateful for the care she is receiving. The staff is efficient and, above all, they treat her with such affection. The facilities are spacious and offer a wide range of activities. We only ask that she is well cared for and comfortable, and we can see that she is. Thank you so much to the entire team; we only hope that everything continues this way.

We chose this residence mainly because of its proximity, but it leaves much to be desired, especially the management. They have very few staff, which means they rush around and the cleaning is done poorly. It's inadequate.

It's a disgraceful residence. We admitted my brother-in-law with Alzheimer's and they were warned that his sugar was high and they gave him orange juice, muffins, etc. And how poorly they cared for him with clothes that looked like beggars, who knows whose because his clothes never appeared and the answers that there were six hundred residents and now we have him admitted to the hospital with high sugar and neurons. They should report this residence for not taking care of the residents after paying 3,300 euros a month.

The facilities are very good; they're spacious, have a central courtyard, and a cafeteria area with a coffee machine, soft drinks, etc. The rooms are good, with an accessible bathroom, a TV, and an adjustable bed. Main problem: after dinner (at 7:00 a.m.), the patients are taken to their floor and left at the elevator exit for between an hour and an hour and a half, waiting until the ONLY person on each floor puts them to bed. During that time, the patients scream for the nurses, vomit, or whatever, but they can't be treated because there's only one person there and it's not enough. Special mention to Dr. Leandro, who cared deeply for my mother, treated her, and helped her when she became very ill. He's a great person, and I'm so grateful. Also to a nurse named Pedro, whom everyone loves. Thanks also to Sergio, an excellent professional; he helped my mother walk again. And the nurse who repeatedly told my mother "I'm freaking out about you" because she vomited and soiled the sheet was very bad. It's better for her to leave this job, which is her vocation; it won't bring anything good, quite the opposite. The day after this episode, my mother asked us to get her out of there. On the other hand, the director scolded my father rudely because he knocked on her door (she told him to go there) and they were in an important nursing home meeting.

The facilities are very good and fairly new. The rooms are very well-equipped, and the staff is very friendly. I would like to highlight Iñigo's work as the residence's social worker, as he is a kind, friendly, and attentive person who provides exceptional service and explanations.
