El Centro de día SANIVIDA Chamberí destaca por contar con un equipo profesional muy dedicado y cariñoso que proporciona atención de calidad, generando mejoras notables en la salud física y mental de los residentes, según la mayoría de usuarios que elogian las instalaciones y el trato recibido. Sin embargo, existe una crítica significativa respecto a la coordinadora Clara, a quien se le reprocha falta de comunicación efectiva, rudeza ocasional y falta de profesionalismo, lo que ha generado insatisfacción en al menos una familia. Wonderful team and excellent facilities. Since my father started coming to this center daily, he has experienced an impressive improvement, both physically and mentally. The way all the staff treat our elderly residents, from the transport staff to those who work at the center, is unbeatable. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our seniors.

My review isn't at all about the staff at this center, as my mother is happy to come here and they are very caring. My surprise and disappointment are with the center's coordinator, Clara. She doesn't provide adequate information, her responses are sometimes rude, she doesn't resolve things quickly and effectively, and her professionalism, in my opinion, leaves much to be desired. With regret, I'm going to request a transfer to another center.

A very good experience with my parents. Both the director, Blanca, and the various professionals on her team were very attentive and lovingly cared for my father. The center's exterior doesn't reflect the interior. Very grateful. Highly recommended in the Chamberí area.
