La residencia "U. de estancias diurnas Orpea León" recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian la competencia del personal de recepción y profesionales como el Dr. Omar, la mayoría de las reseñas denuncian graves problemas de seguridad y negligencia, incluyendo caídas no reportadas, falta de supervisión, personal insuficiente y mal estado higiénico de los residentes. Las críticas sugieren que, a pesar de cambios de nombre y gestión, los problemas estructurales de la antigua Orpea persisten, lo que genera serias dudas

Horrible experience. Fortunately, since it was for leg rehabilitation, I signed a contract for days. On the third day, I left due to the terrible service. They already started the day by having me sign the contract without my family present. I had to challenge the contract type, and they still charged me €2,700 instead of three days. The manager responded: please return the receipt, as it was a mistake. Horrible experience, definitely not a place I would recommend.

They've changed their name because what used to be Orpea was a disaster. I had a relative there, and he was in a very bad way. From what I'm told, the families of residents have simply changed their name. Staff shortages and low qualifications are the same as before.

Because we can't give it a single star, otherwise they deserved it; we've taken a family member there three times, and each time there's been some kind of incident, either falling or bumping into something. The last time, she fell, and we weren't notified; we had to find out from other people. When we tried to clarify what happened, each staff member gave a different version, even though they knew this elderly person needed help getting around. Furthermore, when we went to pick her up, all her clothes were dirty, and she was still wearing dirty clothes. So think twice before taking your loved ones to this center that NEGLECTS THE ELDERLY. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS RESIDENCE.

A very good nursing home, the reception staff is extremely friendly and professional. Good facilities. From what I saw on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, the staff caring for residents is a bit short, and they are concentrated on the first floor. My relative has only been here for a few days. The most surprising and negative thing is that at Sunday Mass, after Communion, they gave a tirade against the Spanish government, making serious accusations. I was deeply shocked.
