I had my grandfather here, and I couldn't be more grateful to the Costa Nevada Residence. They treat grandparents with tremendous love and patience, as if they were part of their own family. Since the new management has taken over, there's been an incredible change: more resources, more attention, and a much warmer and happier atmosphere. And the supervisor... what can I say about her? She's a delight, always on top of everything, resolving any issue immediately, and with a compassion that shines through in every gesture. For me, it's one of the best residences.
