My mother recently started attending the Day Center, and we are waiting for her to be admitted to a residential facility. She didn't want to go to any center, and on her very first day, she came in smiling and talkative. She's improving every day, thanks to the professional and caring team they have. The facilities are wonderful. Brother Leopoldo would be proud of what they are doing.

I can only speak highly of this place. The facilities are wonderful; the location has spectacular views; but best of all, the kindness of the people who cared for us during the very short time my father was hospitalized. Beautiful, spacious home with recreational areas and all the amenities. The home director, the medical director, and the social worker provide great care and attention to the people who want to come in. Very good care; the residents speak highly of the services. My mother is coming in on Tuesday, so I'll talk about that later.

I want to thank the entire staff at the Fray Leopoldo Residence for the care they have given my mother during the almost four years she has been there, as well as the rest of the family, especially me, who has been in contact almost daily. The professionalism of the staff, starting with the director, social workers, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, assistants, and receptionist... the entire staff in general, has been a great help to many during the difficult times we have all experienced. I won't name names because the list would be endless, and worse, I'm sure I'd forget many. But I do want to make a special mention of Alba, a psychologist who arrived shortly before the pandemic, for the dedication, caring, and humanity with which she cared for and assisted not only our seniors but also their families during those difficult times for everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
