El Centro de día DomusVi Ferrol destaca principalmente por su equipo profesional dedicado y el trato compasivo hacia los residentes, con especial reconocimiento a la calidad de la atención y el compromiso del personal que genera vínculos emocionales positivos. Sin embargo, algunos usuarios señalan áreas de mejora como la consistencia en la atención en determinadas franjas horarias (especialmente tardes), así como aspectos como la calidad de la comida, el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y la necesidad de mejorar el acceso visual al exterior para residentes con movilidad limitada. Two years ago or so, I wrote a review questioning certain services at Domus Vi Ferrol/Esteiro. I've deleted that review today. The management changed a few months ago, maybe a year ago; I must say that in many aspects of resident care and follow-up, there has been noticeable improvement. Just a little bit more—food, tidy rooms—and I'll give them a fifth star.

A wonderful residence with excellent professionals and a truly compassionate approach. My aunt lived at DomusVi Ferrol for five years, during which time she was incredibly happy thanks to the care, dedication, and commitment of the entire team. She felt right at home, surrounded by people who cared for her, loved her, and pampered her. Despite her health conditions, she was able to enjoy and share parties, celebrations, laughter, and wonderful moments with all the staff, whom my aunt adored. Furthermore, her family felt like an integral part of the community at all times. For all of this and much more, my entire family and I are eternally grateful. And if we had to do it all over again, we would choose them again without hesitation. They are exceptional! A truly remarkable team!

I like the attention they give to the residents, although there's a noticeable slackness in the late afternoon and from time to time. I wish those who can't go out had more visual access to the outside.

Nursing home. Attentive and very friendly staff. You'd have to ask those who regularly stay there, but they seem well cared for and comfortable.
