Just today. We were waiting to visit an elderly person and waited for over half an hour. When we finally managed to get in—since the person we were visiting is also quite elderly, and the doorbell app wasn't working, even though visiting hours are 4:00 PM, leaving elderly people waiting—to top it all off, we were reprimanded. It's unacceptable. We hope for a solution. Thank you very much.
