Mientras que algunos familiares elogian genuinamente la calidad del cuidado y dedicación del personal, la mayoría de las reseñas denuncian negligencia severa, especialmente incidentes de residentes con Alzheimer abandonando el centro sin supervisión, falta de responsabilidad por parte de la dirección y un deterioro notable tras cambios en la gestión de la empresa. Negligence, lack of coordination, lack of control, disorganization and lack of professionalism. My father with Alzheimer's left the center (it wasn't the first time it happened) and they didn't realize it until, after two hours, we notified them. They were unable to apologize, review protocols or give an explanation. In fact, the director tried to hold us responsible. We completely disregarded him. We have already discharged our father.

I want to thank the entire team for the care my father received during his stay at the residence and until his last day there. Very bad. My father with Alzheimer's left the day care center without anyone missing him for hours. They have not given us any explanation or taken any responsibility and the treatment we received when we asked for it has been terrible.
