El Centro de día Campillín cuenta con un equipo altamente dedicado y empático que trata a los mayores con calidez, respeto y sensibilidad, destacando especialmente la dirección y el personal por su trato humanitario y actividades enriquecedoras. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación grave relacionada con el comportamiento inapropiado de un miembro del personal que manifestó una conducta agresiva y despectiva en un incidente de tráfico, lo que genera dudas sobre la coherencia entre los valores del centro y el comportamiento de algunos integrantes del equipo.

For work, I visit this center daily and see how the staff works with the elderly. They treat them with great affection and respect, engaging them in activities. The other day, there was a gentleman who stubbornly refused to go in, and they spoke to him calmly the whole time until he finally decided to enter. Keep it up!

This morning, around 12:30, I found the behavior of a man—I don't know if he's the owner, an employee, or related to one of the employees—shameful. He became incredibly aggressive with a young woman who honked at him because he was maneuvering and she didn't have enough room to back up. I got extremely nervous, and so did my husband, because of the shouting and the deplorable way he treated her. I felt like calling the local police. It's appalling. He was yelling at her, telling her she didn't know who he was, and taking pictures of the woman and the car. What a disgrace! Who are we leaving our elderly in charge of if this kind of behavior is caused by traffic problems? What will happen to the elderly? The car is a Peugeot 807 with no markings indicating it belongs to the day center. I hope the woman called the local police because it was a disgraceful scene, especially with this man's attitude, constantly emphasizing that he worked at the Campillín day center.
