I called to ask for information about admitting my father to one of your centers, and honestly, the woman who answered, I think her name was Isabel, was very respectful and professional. I wish everyone were the same. Thank you so much, and congratulations on your work and excellent service.

It has one major flaw: mobility within the building. There are only two elevators and one freight elevator serving floors 1 through 3. The elevators are two separate types: one large, always blocked by staff, and one small (enough for two people in standard wheelchairs and their companion).

My thanks for the accompaniment, the personal attention, and the personal follow-up at the center. Thank you all for your good work and your humane treatment of the residents and their families. Thank you, my husband couldn't be in better hands.

Jorge's time at Los Nogales Santa Eugenia has been very happy, thanks to the wonderful treatment he received from the staff, who always treated him as "the most important person," and this alone is invaluable to a resident. The management team is dedicated to improving the details we communicate to them, ensuring they are properly addressed and that improvements are always possible. The reception staff are very efficient, taking note of all the information and details, and always with a positive attitude. From the psychology department, I would like to highlight Patricia, who is always attentive and empathetic, communicating effectively with the excellent team of occupational therapists. I congratulate the management and the Parish for their outstanding commitment to the spiritual well-being of the residents. Jorge left due to a family connection, but had it not been necessary, he would have remained at Los Nogales Santa Eugenia. Thank you.

It has some good things and some not so good things. The medical care is quite good. But valuable things have "disappeared."
