The hair salon is a complete disaster. The hairdresser, while attending to you, constantly stops to talk to clients coming in and out, answers calls, and for a 20-minute haircut, she stopped about 15 times. It's no wonder things turn out so badly, because she's not focused on what she's doing. She leaves you with huge patches of uneven hair, shaves you in the wrong places, and then says you didn't explain yourself well... Terrible service, terrible treatment. It's not worth going if you then have to go to another salon to try and fix the mess they've made. I'm not including a photo because the only solution was to practically shave all my hair. I've never seen a more disastrous hairdresser in my life.

I want to congratulate and express my deepest gratitude to Lidia (who works at the reception desk of the senior center). She has helped us several times when we've been looking for my father, Ángel González. She is very kind to everyone and has a lot of patience with the residents, some of whom, like my father, have significant dementia. Thank you so much, Lidia, for being so capable and compassionate. I don't know if you remember my sister and me. You were so kind to us. Yesterday was the last time. Warmest regards.

Please, where are the girls who used to be at the counter? It's terrible now. There's a lady and a gentleman who aren't the least bit involved. They ask for your senior citizen ID card, and if not, they don't even look at you. They're older people who've been there their whole lives, could they have a little empathy, for God's sake?

All these reviews are incorrect; they refer to the Senior Center, not the Day Center. They are different services. The Day Center does not have a reception area or a cafeteria, and the staff mentioned in the reviews do not work there.

A great place for seniors, where they're fed and entertained almost all day. The staff is excellent; we're very happy with them.
