Opiniones

As a family, we want to express our gratitude to the entire team at the residence. Our grandparents are very well cared for, treated with respect and affection, and supported in their daily lives with a dedication that is evident from the very first moment. The staff stands out for their compassionate approach, their vocation, and their constant commitment, which gives us great peace of mind. We recommend this residence with complete confidence.

I do not recommend anyone leave a loved one in this care home. There is a lack of staff, and those who are there are unqualified. The facilities in one of the areas are appalling. Everything is broken. Something serious happened to my relative, and they didn't even notice. We had to insist a lot to get any medical personnel to come. You'd walk in, and there was nobody at reception. I left feeling incredibly distressed after every visit, knowing my relative was there in those conditions. They have residents because all the care homes are full, not because of their quality of care.

With life's fast pace, we sometimes forget how important it is to support local businesses with a review… and MV Geriatría certainly deserves one. My aunt and uncle feel right at home. They feel cared for, supported, and at peace. When a care home truly becomes a home, it means things are being done right. Special thanks to all the caregivers who make it possible, and also to the medical, nursing, and physical therapy staff… Thank you so much for making them happy every day!

It's a terrible gesture to send a deceased user without even a simple bouquet of flowers. Too many bosses and not enough workers.

I visited once and found it to be a very well-equipped residence. I wish them all the best and continued progress, as they are doing well...best regards...
