La residencia "U. de estancias diurnas San Roque" destaca por su atención excepcional, personal calidez y dedicación del personal, aspectos muy valorados por quienes tienen familiares allí y por profesionales del sector. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a la gestión del ambiente sonoro, ya que el volumen de la música no se ajusta adecuadamente a las necesidades de un centro de cuidados geriátricos, lo que afecta negativamente la experiencia de algunos residentes.

In addition to the exceptional quality of their staff, they offer a warm and personal approach to the elderly residents and their families. They play the music way too loud, you tell them and they don't listen. We're in a nursing home, not a pub.
