Opiniones

I only have words of gratitude for the center's management and the staff who cared for my relative. Excellent treatment in every way.

The worst thing that could have happened to us. I never thought it was possible to treat a dependent elderly person worse. One person in the entire center was spared, and we are very grateful to them. The rest... they were just left to die. It's that sad.

The workers steal whatever you bring or send by mail (food, clothing, hand sanitizer, etc.), they rummage through residents' belongings like rats, they serve breakfast late to residents, and they don't pay attention to residents' medical records to take them for checkups. My grandmother died there. They're disgusting and a bunch of carrion vultures. Don't even think about leaving your elders there.

The nursing home doesn't have a doctor; they say they can't find one. If you have to take someone to the doctor, they charge you extra. The shared bathrooms are filthy; they stink and are dirty, and even if they are dirty, they're like nothing I've seen anywhere. They feel bad about it. There's not enough hygiene. They don't always take care of people who are no longer able to help themselves and can't say what they need. Even if people ask for basic things, they take a long time to respond and blame each other. There's a lack of personal attention for disabled elderly people. I don't recommend it for disabled elderly people. At least for those who are able to help themselves and defend themselves.

Shameful. Two pieces of fruit for four people. Elderly residents are going hungry. Filth everywhere. The nurse works two jobs and sleeps at the care home instead of attending to patients. The doctor doesn't know what his patients are sick with. This place needs to be inspected NOW!
