El Servicio de estancia diurna Gumersinda Martínez cuenta con una valoración generalmente muy positiva por parte de los usuarios, quienes destacan la limpieza, los espacios bien acondicionados, la calidad de la atención y las actividades ofrecidas. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a la falta de empatía de parte del personal de recepción, específicamente mencionando que el trato hacia familiares es inadecuado, lo que genera dudas sobre la calidad del cuidado cuando los visitantes no están presentes.

The staff were generally friendly, with the exception of a few, including the receptionist Montse. She's the most unempathetic person you could ever meet, rude to family members, and seems to think she works in a clothing store, not dealing with people and their feelings. I had a relative there, and if I have to recommend this residence to anyone else, it will be when she's no longer there. Either her superiors give her a piece of their mind, or for the same price, I'd choose a different residence further away. If she treats family members like this, how will she treat our elderly relatives when we're not around? However, the other receptionist, Ana, is a delight. I could learn a thing or two from her.
