We want to thank the entire team for the care and attention they gave our mother for over four years. We enjoyed the parties they organized, the outings, and the workshops my brother mentioned. They were like family to her during that time. Right up until the end, they provided us with every possible convenience and comfort so we could be with her, and we felt incredibly supported by them all, who showed us so much love. We only have words of gratitude for the entire team: nurses, doctors, psychologist, assistants, and the friendly receptionists who were always available on the phone. Paquita will always be singing to us!

Since 2021, my mother lived at the Savia Picassent Residence. At first, it was a random choice; we had no references. But after four years, my siblings and I can only say that we are delighted with the care my mother received there. Over time, our mother's health declined due to her cognitive problems and physical deterioration, but the staff's attention to her grew ever more attentive. Now my mother is gone. We spent her last days with her in her room at the Residence, and we were able to say goodbye with many hugs and kisses. They cared for us with affection at all times. I will miss all those Ibiza-style parties, the karaoke, the cookie-baking workshops, the excursions... Thank you to everyone who makes up that wonderful family at the Residence, and thank you for everything you did for my mother.

My father-in-law, Miguel, has been a resident for a few years now, and it's been wonderful. We have absolutely no complaints about the staff or management. Whenever there's a problem or any important issue, they notify us by email. The residents are treated very well. The food smells delicious during mealtimes, so it must be good. They've carried out some renovations that are truly appreciated. They've created an atmosphere that feels like home. The terrace area is a real plus. My wife (his daughter) and I have absolutely no complaints.

Words fail me to describe the emotions I feel when I think about how lucky my family has been. My father and mother couldn't be in better hands, which has given me great peace of mind after having to make such a difficult decision. David the director, Vicenzo the doctor, all the nursing staff, physiotherapists, caregivers, reception staff, social worker, psychologist, kitchen staff, and cleaning and maintenance staff provide exceptional care to both residents and their families. I want to highlight their professionalism, patience, and the care they give. A million, million thanks to all the staff at Savia Picassent.

I would like to thank all the staff at this center for the treatment I received and the trust they showed me from the very beginning. I left my mother there with many fears, and 3 weeks later, I took her home happy...always clean, smiling, and telling me how nice everyone is. I'm sorry I had to move her. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
