Opiniones

I'm writing this because people are very mistaken about this care home. My father passed away a year ago, and he only lasted four months here. Besides seeing him, as others have said, wearing other people's clothes and shoes, they didn't feed him properly. Every two weeks, we were with him at the hospital for falls and other issues. When we went to see him, they lied to us, saying he was out for a walk, and I heard him shouting from the room where they had him locked up while they changed him. I think it's disrespectful to lie to my face like that, honestly. I can't do anything for him anymore, but I ask you to think carefully about where you put your family member because this is not a good option. I only ask that the people who work there be more humane and not play with our loved ones because one day it could be them.

TERRIBLE!!! One of the worst residences, I am still waiting for condolences from the director of the residence!! My mother passed away two weeks ago! And they only worry about when we are going to pick up her belongings!! They should have worried more when they called me to tell me that my mother had barely eaten or drunk for a week!! And they called me at the end of the week to tell me, my mother was admitted that same day with 75% oxygen and totally dehydrated, what were they waiting for?!!? To call me!!!! The clothes and shoes she had, many were not hers, they belonged to other people. I can understand that they get confused about the clothes, but I will never understand how they leave a person for a week when they see that they are not well and they wait until the end of the week to call us!!! It is incredible and I give it one star because it does not let me leave it empty to publish it

From bad to worse. I thought it was my father they were giving clothes to, clothes from another resident, torn shoes, dirty clothes, etc. etc. When he died, they didn't even know what his few belongings were: a watch, a razor, dentures

A bad experience from the first day my mother has gotten worse due to her illness then falls every two or three without explanations and an admission to the hospital last summer due to dehydration and a month and a half ago she was admitted to the hospital again dehydrated the emergency doctor I don't know could explain how my mother arrived at the hospital in this condition and on the other hand my mother every time we went to see her wore clothes that were not hers personal hygiene I have rarely seen her wheelchair fixed that my mother was wearing you didn't know where to start and after my mother's last admission 20 days she died. I can thank some of the workers at the residence for the treatment of my mother but there are many residents and very few assistants. I cannot recommend it and my experience was not satisfactory.

Savia Manises has become like family to us. Nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, receptionists… all the staff! They are wonderful, dedicated to their work, and incredibly sensitive to each family's situation. We love them dearly and are so grateful for everything they've done for my grandmother.
