When there's a power outage and your mother is there at the day center, and you explain that she lives on the third floor with no electricity or elevator and that you can't get her up there because she's in a wheelchair, instead of helping you find solutions (like letting her sleep on a sofa), they treat you like dirt, telling you to sort it out yourself. And to think they even have emergency rooms—it's shameful! They only care about money because absolutely no one has considered her well-being.

Wonderful treatment from all the staff. Super good facilities with large spaces and lots of light, very well-conditioned outdoor spaces. A residence with great values of respect for life and support when the end comes, making it easy and making us feel very cared for. Thank you for taking such good care of our grandmother!!! And thank you for taking care of us in the hardest moments! THANKS AGAIN TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!

It has large, open spaces with natural light throughout the day. The entrances are free of stairs, making it very easy to transport wheelchairs and stretchers. The staff is attentive and friendly to residents.
