El Centro de día Tres Forques recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas, con usuarios destacando la dedicación del personal, la calidad de la atención médica y multidisciplinaria, la limpieza del centro y el bienestar emocional que experimentan los residentes, algunos incluso mostrando entusiasmo por asistir diariamente. Sin embargo, hay críticas puntuales sobre la calidad de ciertos servicios como peluquería y la necesidad de aumentar la capacidad del centro para atender a más personas.

They cut my grandmother's hair terribly, didn't even wash it, and tried to overcharge us because it was "long" when it was above her bra line. When she got home, she had long strands and her hair was uneven. Horrible service.

Without a doubt, one of the best day centers in Valencia. My mother has been attending the center for 10 years, and we can't thank them enough for all the dedication and help they've given both her and us. The staff is very professional and friendly, with excellent communication with family members. I can compare this day center with others we took my mother to during August, and without a doubt, this is the best day center we can trust with the care of our elderly relatives. Thank you so much, and we hope you continue caring for seniors as you have done until now, and that more people learn about the outstanding work you do.

I have fond memories of the care and dedication of all the staff. My mother initially refused to go when we mentioned the need, so she wouldn't be alone for so many hours. But when I took her to visit the center and they spoke with her while she toured the facilities, she seemed to like it more than she expected. However, once she started going, she enjoyed the company, attention, and affection she received. That was what motivated her. She would get up earlier than usual so she wouldn't be late for her transport, and even when she didn't have a medical appointment—which we would announce to avoid them—she would take a taxi and go to the center. In short, she was very happy with the entire team, and that's what matters. Thank you all for the happiness and affection you brought her.

The care is good; they have medical professionals, a nurse, a podiatrist, a social worker, a hairdresser, a psychologist, and a physical therapist, and there is a discretionary service. My mother is very happy: they always treat you kindly. They monitor her medication. The food is quite good, always taking into account that these seniors have restrictive diets due to their illnesses. The center looks good and clean. They do a good job... which is no easy task. Thank you for your work.

The staff were very attentive, and the place is good. The problem is that there aren't enough spaces. Why isn't the city council providing more resources for the people who need these services?
