We had a relative there for quite some time, sick, with guidelines specified by specialists. The nursing home ignored these guidelines and did whatever they wanted. Because of this, they had a scare, and instead of calling an ambulance or taking him to the emergency room, they called the family to pick him up. We rushed him to the hospital on our own. It's worth mentioning that our relative is no longer there. I don't recommend them at all; some of the staff are a bit overbearing.
