El Centro de día Los Brezos recibe evaluaciones extremadamente polarizadas que reflejan experiencias muy dispares. Mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogian profusamente el profesionalismo, dedicación y calidad de atención del equipo, así como las excelentes instalaciones y servicios especializados, existe un caso muy grave que reporta negligencia médica, falta de comunicación y no respeto de protocolos de cuidado en el primer día de asistencia. Nice peaceful day centre for the elderly

The first day my mother went to this center, they sent her home with two very serious injuries to her leg that required a trip to the emergency room. The doctors weren't sure if the wounds would heal well, considering that an elderly person has very delicate skin, and I warned them to please be careful. The worst part was the complete lack of empathy; I'm still waiting for them to ask about my mother's condition. They didn't inform me of what had happened; my mother told me as we were entering the house. The person who brought her from the center didn't say anything to me at any point. The food was very meager; her pants were soaked because they hadn't changed her sanitary pad as needed. They conduct a pre-enrollment interview at the center that's completely pointless because I explained some important points that they didn't respect: they added so much thickener to her water, due to her dysphagia after the stroke, that she couldn't drink it. They could have caused her to choke when I specified the correct amount to do it properly. DO NOT BRING YOUR ELDERLY TO THE CENTER. The worst part is that they didn't bother to check on my mother's progress. I'm giving it one star just to give it something; I wouldn't give it any at all. I was so excited, and they didn't care. And all this happened on the first day. I absolutely do not recommend it. My mother will be in need of treatment for months.

Absolutely wonderful. This center has professionals of extraordinary humanity. Each and every one of them does a job where you can clearly see the care they show the people they serve. My mother has been enjoying their care since November, and her behavior has changed for the better. She's much more willing to interact with the rest of the world, something she found extremely difficult before. They help and guide you as a family member through some of the complications that arise when living with Alzheimer's dementia, as is the case with my mother. The social and healthcare services in all their aspects are excellent. If you have any doubts about the center, I hope they are dispelled and you come to trust them. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them; I do this every day, even though I never tell them. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her :)

Furthermore, the facilities are truly magnificent, boasting cutting-edge technology and with absolutely every detail designed for the well-being of the users.
