Opiniones

My parents lived in this excellent residence, and I hope it continues to be managed by Gesmed. It's impeccable. I should mention that my father was admitted with severe anemia; he had come from the well-known Ballesol. Within three months of arriving at Velluters, he had gained eight kilograms. That's just one detail; I could tell you several more.

The nursing home is superbly managed by GESMED. That's why I think there are so many false comments here trying to cause harm. It's absurd; we residents of the center know how well it works with GESMED.

A woman who calls herself Cuqui showed a complete lack of humanity towards my mother, from the way she spoke to her, even in my presence, to the way she pushed her to get her to sit down on the chair, despite my mother's hip problems (she was aggressive and let her fall). That woman shouldn't be working with the most vulnerable people. Furthermore, she always reeks of alcohol. I don't know how they let her work in that condition; it's unacceptable. There are so many qualified people who could do the job better, and why should the elderly residents have to put up with such an inhumane person?

It's been almost a year since I last held my mother's hand, a year of so many things. DOMUS VI has celebrated this anniversary by changing the name of its senior residence to an ELDERLY ASYLUM (by the way, changing it to a nursing home is quite a statement of intent) and appropriating a management role they haven't yet fulfilled. DOMUS VI, your actions speak for themselves, but the actions of the Velluters family speak and will continue to speak for us. We are not standing idly by; we are simply respecting the rules. Thanks to the management carried out so far by the company Gesmed, and although my mother is sadly no longer with us, we continue the fight for dignified and respectful management of our elders. Velluters: ONE FAMILY, ONE FIGHT.

To whom it may concern, this Residence and Day Center is still managed by GESMED, not by DOMUS VI as stated. This company, DOMUS VI, plays with the health and well-being of our elderly, treating them like numbers to generate profit, not like people. It's clear that even without having signed the contract, they already want to control the advertising available on social media. Google should verify this information first.
